Social Worker

Dietitian
The Cystic Fibrosis (CF) registered dietitian assists with nutritional assessments for the CF population from newborn through adulthood at both The Albany (NY) Medical College Pediatric and Adult Programs. This individual as part of the CF care team is expected to join meetings, collaborate with quality improvement projects, and develop community resources. Social Worker
Oklahoma Children’s Hospital at OU Health: Mental Health Coordinator role current being recruited for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Their primary responsibilities would be to provide direct therapy services for our pediatric and adult CF patients outside of clinic with occasional referrals from the pediatric pulm clinic and complete annual mental health screeners (PHQ-9 and GAD-7) during clinic times for CF patients. They serve around 130 adults and 150 pediatric CF patients. The listing does say inpatient, but this is primarily an outpatient role.
